Knollwood g2g Connect
The dedicated team at Knollwood is constantly researching new ways we can improve our residents’ experience and keep them closely connected to their loved ones. Recently, Knollwood has entered into an agreement with g2gConnect, a visual communications company, to provide Knollwood residents a way to easily make video calls and share pictures with their families. With g2gConnect’s easy-to-use touch-screen monitor, Knollwood residents can place and receive video calls with any family members using a computer with an Internet connection. In addition, families will be able to upload pictures that residents will be able to see by simply tapping on the large screen of the g2gConnect device. We believe this technology will help enrich the lives of both our residents and their families, and we look forward to having everyone participate.
Knollwood Wi-Fi Announcement
Knollwood Nursing Center is proud to announce that wireless internet is now available throughout our facilities. Residents and their visiting loved ones can access Knollwood’s Wi-Fi connection from the comfort of their rooms or in any of the center’s common areas, making online communication much easier for everyone. The new wireless coverage is not only more convenient, but it also enables Knollwood residents to read emails, view pictures and use the internet from their bedside as well.
