Nursing Center Health Plans

Knollwood Nursing Center is pleased to announce our new contract with Tufts Health Plan, adding to our existing Managed Care contracts, including Fallon, Community Health Plan, HMO Blue, United Health Care an d BlueCross/Blue Shield. We are also certified for both Medicaid and Medicare. We accept admissions 24 x 7 x 365 days a year.
